Summary: Adrienne escapes from the shop for an afternoon

Adrienne was tired and stressed and really not happy with the situation at The Affair. She was trying, she really was, but something about Ms. Davidson really irked her and she couldn't quite place her finger on why. About half-way through the day she had given up trying to concentrate on the upcoming job and had asked Colin if he minded watching Alden for the afternoon. She hated taking advantage of her assistant like that, but sometimes she just had to get away.
She had decided to go to the Hawthorne again. It wasn't her typical place, but no one she was close with went there and sometimes that's what she needed. She'd ordered a a large pizza and a beer, figuring she'd box up the leftovers for Jase to snack on later and was just enjoying not having to think for a bit.
