Tidus was feeling a little awkward, but that could be "six months in the Farplane" or "I just fell on a pile of people in an uncomfortable manner". Either way, he was, at least, still cheerful.

Jude wordlessly pulled her into a hug, both to stop the flailing and because he really, really needed one. "Hi."

Rikku squeezed him back, and then remembered the holding-the-side thing and tried to squeeze in places that weren't there. Because not squeezing wasn't an option right now.

"W-we're back," she said, shaking a little. "We ... we did it."

She sniffed him, then giggled. "You're right. My dreams aren't usually that weird. Unless I fell asleep next to some dip?"

She squeezed again, lightly. "Were you okay? While we were gone? I don't even know how long it was."

"It was weird," she said, shivering. "We were on the Farplane, and then we were in this huge ocean, and the little kid fayth was being all cryptic. And I-I don't know what happened to Dawn. I thought we were being careful, I really did, I promise."

Rikku swallowed hard. "I don't know. She held her arms out and Door opened the portal and I grabbed T-tidus and we woke up here and all of a sudden she was ... s-sick." She looked over. "I think she's okay now. I'm so sorry. I thought it was safe. I thought I was watching everyone. B-but ... you can never know, right? That's ... that's kind of the point." She looked down. "That's why you didn't want me to, right? Things can always go wrong."
