Need some hack advice...
Okay, so I have had some issues with hacks and I know someone once said that you shouldn't have both InSim and the Sim Blender because they do two similar things...so I'm asking all you fellow Simmers: Do I get rid of InSim? Or do I get rid of Sim Blender?
I like both for certain aspect: InSim has the "Spawn..." option, where my sim can be anywhere and I can spawn the wardrobe adjuster, which not only lets me chose their outfit (or plan it), but it also lets me BUY NEW CLOTHES if I forgot to do so. I love this option. I use it ROUTINELY. It also lets you spawn anything from relations adjusters to badge juicers...etc. It's quite handy.
InSim also has a few 'extras' with it, that lets my sims have risky-woohoo (no lullaby plays either). I love this...I like the "risk" instead of just dictating for them to try for a baby and getting it every time. I like not knowing if she's pregnant until she starts running for the toilet. (I should mention here, that I use InTeen as well if I need to for birth control vs. fertility treatments. To my knowledge, both of these hacks were made to work together, not against each other.)
On the other hand, I've been thinking of getting ACR. So I think this has the same sort of options as risky-woohoo and everything, but I'm not sure. I also think this would override a lot of what InTeen and InSim does. So...not sure.
What I like about the Sim Blender is the name changing. I can change someone's name, then apply it as their last name, then rename them again. I've had to do this several times in the past, and it's extremely handy. If InSim has this, I'm not aware of it. I think InSim only allows you to rename the first name. I also like it because it's a lot easier to navigate through the menu than InSim.
If anyone has any input, let me know. I'm not sure which to choose, what to go with...what do you all use for hacks? Do you use any of the above?? (ACR/InSim/Sim Blender...etc?)
