Normally these kinds of petty thieves would not be recognized by the Marines; however, the degree of skill and complexity executed in his thievery indicates a possible danger to other secure items. He should be considered dangerous and not alone. Comrades are thought to number anywhere between 10 and 50 and may include "Freestyle Cruisers" Killua and Gon as well as some former World Government officials.
