Some good news out of Washington for a change, and surprisingly, it comes from the Supreme Court! The Supreme Court in a 5-4 decision declared that Government employees do not have the right to disclose classified information (aka treason) under the guise of "Free Speech." One justice on the dissenting side argued that Government employees have the same rights as every other citizen. The only problem with that is that every other citizen does not have access to information which if leaked, could put troops in harms way or affect our national security or foreign policy. The tie breaking vote came from Justice Alito. In another ruling, the Supreme Court told an atheist who took the Boy Scouts to court over their pledge which includes the word "God" (**GASP!!**) to go home. Thanks to President Bush, we now have a Supreme Court that respects the Constitution, leaves legislation up to the Legislative branch, and does not advocate using foreign law to determine cases. The great thing is that while Liberals can't get over their fixated hatred of Bush this Supreme Court is going to be around for years after he is gone.
