I said I'd never write another 'Doctor bloody Who' fan-fic, didn't I? I said I woudn't, I promised myself I wouldn't, and then I watched '42' last weekend. Bugger.

( How could we lose? You, the genius, and me, the man with all the right tools? )

Enjoyed the story :o) I like your writing style. Have you ever done a Doctor Who/Firefly crossover? Firefly ROCKS! and the movie too.

Its tricky getting the different characters right, I still havent mastered it, but I keep trying :o)

I have to say, Ten is easier to 'get a handle on' - you can always count on him to be weird, wacky or come out with some geeky comment. I find Martha harder ~ don't know her so well, really. It's hard to understand what she might do next. Is that down to the writing on series 3? Or just me not really knowing what makes the girl tick?
Ah well.

I agree though ~ characterisation is the hardest, definitely!

* note to self: go find bartys_btich's archive of fan-fic and get a good cup of tea ready *

lol, I'm embarrassed, I know enough about writing to know that I'm not as good as many on LJ. Have you read jadekirks fic? Its cool, kinky and funny, but there are some slash issues that might squick you. Mine is very dirty, so be warned! If you're cool with all that, plese enjoy :o)

I quite like Martha she seems a bit less clingy than Rose, and seems to muck in ans help out. I did like Rose but I think all fangirls are secretly envious of the girl that the doctors hearts really belong to.
