This is a song that has completely captured my attention this evening. It's called Hua Tian Cuo / Mistake in the Flower Field, by Wang Lee Hom. I love the way he's blended two completely different styles of music - traditional Chinese opera and modern Western sounds, like R&B - and made it work. It's unexpected, but fresh! I especially love the incorporation of the erhu into the song; it is my favorite traditional Chinese instrument. :)
