Operation Spring Cleaning was, I'm happy to report, almost entirely successful. I still have to vacuum upstairs, so I'll work on that this week after work, but at least I crossed
everything else off, in addition to making lunch and dinner for the week and making a run to the mall for a baby shower gift bag. Go me!
Actually, the plan for the mall this morning was to also attend
Lululemon's free community class [Yes! Every Lululemon store offers a community class once a week, and they're free. Isn't that awesome?] but yesterday morning's yoga class totally kicked my butt. I really need to build up my arm strength. To say nothing of my balance. But anyway, woke up screaming sore. So I decided to forego the free class. I'll have to try some other week.
I still stopped by Lululemon anyway, to reward my weekend productivity with a yoga bag. The purchase of which I justify with the reasoning that I'll occasionally be taking it to work so I can go to yoga afterwards with a friend, and I think my mat will be cleaner in a bag than if I just transported it with a
yoga strap. So really it's a justifiable purchase. ;) The unjustifiable part came when choosing which bag to purchase. There were cheaper, plainer bags but I really loved this other bag . . . it was only a few extra dollars, so I went for it. Fortune smiled upon me though because when it rang up, it was for the lesser price. So now my yoga bag's a bragain!
Two pics of the yoga bag. The lighting isn't the best so it may look browner than it is; it's actually an olive green. Click on the pics if you'd like to see bigger versions.
