got up and went to work. i had oatmeal before hand of course. worked most of the day, then went on a bike ride. i had more flat tire trouble so i was about to throw in the towel on the bike ride, but instead i fixed the flat with a brand new tube. i rode through the park and over aquello into the presidio. i talked to ying a bit since i had not seen or talked to her in a while. i got a call from elizabeth to hang out while i was in her neck of the woods but it didnt work out. i did talk to her on the phone and she came over later to watch My Own Private Idaho, which we had never seen. i exercised and then went to the club. afterwards i went to Sparky's with Danielle and Elizabeth. i split the Vegan Burger. i then came home and slept.
