Sunday
got up and had some oatmeal while i looked around on the computer. talked to my moms and told her to have a safe trip home. from there i went on a bike ride with Ying to Ocean Beach. she had a flat tire in the back but no tools to fix it, so i did the job real quick while she was getting ready. the valve had come apart from the tube, so there was no way to patch it, but luckily there was a new tube on hand to do the job. we rode through the park to the beach and sat on the wall awhile to watch people surf, the waves, people along the beach and whatever else happened to pass by. the amount of people at the beach was surprising given the cold weather outside.
from there i went back to Ying's house and had 2 oranges and a fuji apple. i called Ron and then went over to his house for a few hours. we watched Blackstar, which is the cartoon series the came right before He-Man. it is from circa 1981. sort of interesting and generic, but it is hard to expect much when it is for children.
i rode from Ron's house to the Stillwachs residence where i saw Suzanne and Elizabeth. we talked a bit in the house, though i didnt get a tour. it was a bit of a bummer since i get down with stuff like that, but it is understandable because there were people sleeping in almost all the rooms but the ones we were in. Elizabeth came with me to dinner at Golden Era where we split a Steamed Veggie Bun and Wonton Noodle Soup. i got a ride home from Elizabeth and headed straight to Myssi's to feed the cat and mice.
at Myssi's i found Brad playing video games and also found that both of us had been feeding the animals for the last couple of days. i told him that i am still willing to do it, just call me if he was going to go over or not. came home and worked on the T-shirt designs doing some redefining, then i hit the hay.

Soy protein powder tastes better in oatmeal than rice protein powder. not as gritty.
