It's more than a dangerous place. They have a standing army, and what she meant was most likely their slave camps.

Well, from what the sir who made this post, it seems he has a plan already. A covert one, at that. Coverts can be very good plans. And smaller is usually better.

I'm sure lots of people have plans. But even then, he himself admitted he can't do it on his own, and is just going to do what he can from the inside before the outside makes its move.

Not necessarily. Taking down the head can work. If not that, then cause discord among the people. I'm sure there are plenty of ways to do that without having step foot into the country. Or maybe just dropping a bomb or sending a large ray at it? Cause a bit enough disturbance, and you can see the wonders it can do.
