First Post from the New Computer. (!)
I am now a proud owner of an eMac. It's lovely and I love it. I think I'm going to call it Lionel. (My Graphing Calculator is named Leonard. My iPod is Lawrence.)
But now... onto some fun stuff that's been going on in the life of Marian.
Obligatory Politelli Stuff: Okay... blame Kaylen. She started it. She gave Mr. Politelli a My Little Pony happy meal toy, and he laughed it off telling her that his name was Wayne, not Wayne-ina. Which is why Kaylen snuck into his room and gave it back to him. Hers is in exile (a.k.a. it's somewhere in the room, but he's not telling us where somewhere is). So then I give him mine, Dalin you'll remember it... really cute, looking over its shoulder...
Well Kaylen's was exiled. Mine has been executed.
I got into Studies of War and there's a three inch tall thing of duct-tape and a note that reads "Say 'Hello' to your little friend".
The Next Day:
Then Western Civ. comes and he asks me, "So when's the wake?" And Nicole freaks out asking, "Who died! Oh my god! Who DIED?". Granted, this situation was not helped by the fact that my eyes were randomly watering.
But then I got to get out of reading aloud because as Mr. Politelli put it, "She's grieving."
Then Studies of War popped up again, and on my desk is the little light up pedastal that the My Little Pony sat on. With a note that says, "VACANCY".
Then he had a ditto (for all you non-Rhode Islanders, it's a photocopied sheet) for us, with Napoleon's battle tactics. Including the Heavy Cavalry and Light Cavalry.
Except he only referred to the Cavalry as "Horseys." After he was done I told him that, "I know better, you have no appreciation for Horseys."
To which he responded, "It was too effeminate! It didn't belong in the army."
We proceeded to laugh.
I'm considering kid-napping his Donald Duck and taping it to his door as a warning.
We shall see.
