One other thing
While some may think that I spoil epanther, that goes both ways. A few months ago my food processor started to self destruct. I have managed with the use of superglue to extend it's life for a little bit, but the sorry old thing really needs a rest (Mind you, I have had this since 1984). I have been hesitant to replace it. Well my beloved does not hesitate. For Valentine's Day she got me this. Not only is it a great machine, but it is sort of the grandson of the one being retired, and all of my accessories for the old one work with the new one. epanther rocks, and spoils me rotten.
Now if I can just find a flat lid for it. I begin to fear that Cuisinart does not make one for that. Well, it is not a tragedy, and it is a wonderful machine. I shall have to find an excuse to use it in the next few days. I am thinking maybe hummus. Any suggestions?
