Zero was walking through the red halls that he hated. Like usual, he was looking for a way out, but like the time before and the time after, he was doomed to failure. Yet that knowledge didn't stop him.

He rounded the corner and there sitting on the ground was a familiar figure he never thought he'd catch sight of again.

"Ichiru?" he whispered, eyes wide as he slowly approached his fallen twin.

"How-When--Are you okay?" he asked him, noting that he was out of breath. His keen ears catching the erratic beat of his heart. "Is he sick?" he asked himself, eyes turning molten with worry.

"Ichiru," he said soflty, crouching down and picking up his brother in strong arms.

It took Ichiru a while to recognize that familiar voice, he heard it so many times before he arrived here and he had missed it already. Opening his eyes, the figure slightly a blur in front of him, "Zero..." He called his brother's name, too weak to move his arms, though he tried anyways. He reached up to touch his face, tracing his jawline, "I..don't know what's going on with me."

"It's okay, Ichiru," Zero murmured closing his eyes as he touched his jawline. Distracted by his brother's sudden appearance... his light touch, Zero didn't notice the amount of aphrodisac his body took in. "You'll be okay," he told him, wrapping his arms more securely around him. "I'll make sure of it," he promised.

Ichiru squirmed lightly in his brother's arms, trying to get rid of the extreme heat overcoming his body. His clothes were far to warm and it felt like he was suffocating, "Too...hot...Zero. I can't breath."

"What's wrong?" he asked him as he watched him squirm in his arms. "Was it a fever?" He rememberd the many fevers Ichiru had as a young boy, and his worry grew. He hated seeing his brother sick. And now that he knew it had been his fault he had been so sick, he hated it even more.

Crouching down, Zero put his brother on the ground so he could take a better look at him. Brushing his hair to the side, he placed a large hand on his forehead, finding it hot. "You feel hot," he said. "I'll take you to my room... I'll take care of you there."

Ichiru nodded weakly, "Alright." But that hand on his bare skin made him squirm some more in his brother's arms, "Your hand feels nice, brother." A smile slowly sneaked its way on his face.

He picked him up once more, his breathing getting slightly heavier. He didn't reply to Ichiru's words, thinking they were fever induced. "Close your eyes," he murmured, bending his head a bit so that the tip of his hair skimmed his twin's skin, and his breath flowed across it as well. "I'm going to use my speed to get us there faster... you might get dizzy if you have your eyes open."

He was far too drugged to think clearly so he obeyed his brother's words and closed his eyes gently and not saying another word. Remaining silent would be a good thing right now.

Ichiru clung to his brother's shirt with no added strength. Being in his arms made him safer anyways. His body was aching.

As soon as his eyes closed, Zero took off, the wind playing with their hair so that Ichiru's longer locks touched him the entire time.

A few minutes passed and Zero stopped, placing his brother on the bed. His hands immediately lossened the tie he wore, and slowly, began to unbutton his shirt, wanting to cool him down a bit.

The cool breeze also felt good on his skin, it cooled him down a bit but when Zero stopped. He felt a soft bed beneath him, it was comfortable and he tried not move around when the other was helping him. He didn't feel sick, only the feeling of extreme heat and tightness over his body, "Zero..." He softly called out his brother's name.

Silver eyes flicked to his brother. "Yes, Ichiru?" he asked, his fingers ceasing from unbuttoning his shirt, only to absentmindedly skim the exposed skin.

His heart was pounding rapidly through his chest. It was moving so fast that it was visible enough,"Where...are we?" He asked unsure of surroundings. His face completely flustered.

"We're in my bedroom," he breathed, noting his own heavy breathing... fast heartbeat. "You're safe here," he murmured, his fingers never stopping their incessant moving.

"That's good then." He replied and he opened his eyes, taking in his brother's figure clearly. He slid his hands up and rested them over his brother's hands. He kept them there because they felt nice and soft.

Zero looked down at thier joined hands... such a simple gesture, but one that thawed his heart, if only for a moment. "How are you feeling, Ichiru," he asked, keeping his hands as still as possible, not wanting to lose the small contact.

His strength was still weak, but he regained some movement to look into his brother's eyes, "Better...because you're with me, Zero."
