[So she wakes up on a bed and instead of the soft cotton that she normally feels beneath her there's...satin? Buffy wakes up with a jolt but she's tied down with- ropes or clinky metal things? Maybe both. It' s hard to turn her head that much

Raph knew he shouldn't be looking in these rooms. Even if it did sound like a struggle.

It was usually a struggle, all right. Just not one he could help with.

This time, though, the person was alone in the room and seem genuinely in trouble.

"Need some help?"

Okay, so she's not in the best of moods. So sue her.
