Introduction and Event'd

The last thing she remembered was the loud roar and the surprised face of the man across from her before her world had seemingly torn apart. Now here she stood in some strange room that was unlike anything she'd ever seen. The claret walls, multitude of mirrors, and strange bed with even stranger sheets baffled her. What sort of place was this?  ( Read more... )

Here comes Zack, in control.

Women dug his snuff and his gallant stroll. And around the corner, he's coming toward you.

He's been wandering for some time now, but he always has time to help a pretty woman. "Hey, someone looks new around here."

The panicked woman in her wanted to attack first and ask questions later, but the calm rational soldier won out despite the strange effect this place seemed to have on her. It was easy to suppress after all she'd been hiding her basic nature for a good portion of her life.

"That would be the case." Tear agreed. "Where is this strange place? It's nothing like anything or anywhere I've ever seen before." The soldier wanted answers and figured maybe this stranger could give them or at least start giving them anyway.

He tapped his chest with one fist. "Neither have I, actually. I don't make a habit of visiting Love Hotels." He sighed. "And that would be where we are."

She watched his motion, analyzing it out of a soldier's habit.

"A love hotel?" This confirmed that they weren't in any land familiar to her. Kimlasca-Lanvaldear had nothing even similar sounding to that sort of thing. "What is this...love hotel?"

"Oh ho?" Johnny said, tipping his hat back as he rounded a corner, "It appears I've spotted a true beauty. I don't recall meeting you before. Who might you be, my lady? Johnny is ever at your service."

He bowed to her, lowering his sunglasses to take a good look at her.

"And believe me, I never forget a gorgeous woman."

The long-haired woman wasn't sure what to make of this man and his rather showy ways. She wasn't used to compliments and the few she did receive were often met with ill grace. After all she was a soldier of Lorelei what did she need to be beautiful for? It was reasoning like this that had lead her to be as stubbornly unfeminine as she could possibly manage.

"I think you've got the wrong person." Tear murmured, glancing around to make sure he wasn't in fact talking to some other woman. The fact that she was indeed good looking and had a truly amazing figure was beyond her understanding. So far as she was concerned her chest was merely an uncomfortable reminder that some people looked and treated her oddly for reasons she could only partially understand.

Remembering that he'd introduced herself she relaxed her hold on her staff. "I am Tear Grants of the Order of Lorelei, Intelligence division." As she defined herself as a soldier and not a woman it made sense to say more about her rank than herself.

"Well Miss Grants, this is a hotel of sorts. Now you find yourself in our predicament. Fear not, however, I'm sure that at some point you'll be returned to your world. Until then, you'll have to learn to get by."

She nodded, surviving was something she could handle typically but this strange place was unlike anything she'd ever been familiar with. "Have you been in this place long?" It was best to find out all she could now since he seemed willing to be helpful.

Allen was lost. Again.

Really, did everything in this hotel have to all look the same? He only left his room for a snack, but now he found himself wandering the eerily identical corridors in his search for a way back. His eyebrows furrowed in frustration as he passed another doorway, confident by now that it wasn't his room either...

...and froze when he noticed a girl he has never seen before. He looked somewhat cautious. Was she new here? He decided to check by calling out to her cautiously.

"Miss?"

[ooc: fff tempted to bring my post-game Luke here now. ;~;]

Her first reaction was to palm a dagger but it quickly was returned to it's original place.

"Yes?" She answered cautiously, not letting her guard down just yet. After all this was a strange place so it stood to reason that anyone she met here must be strange as well so even if he seemed a decent sort it was best to make sure before dropping her guard.

((ooc: That would be hillarious. You must forgive me though I'm unused to both this format and this muse. Seriously though a post-game Luke and a Tear that's only 5 minutes or so shy of being pre-game? It'd be a mad-house don't you think?))

"Are you alright?" He peered at her from the corridor, not yet ready to approach. She looked to be on guard and he didn't consider his appearance all that trustworthy, between the large scar on his face and the militaristic uniform. So he figured he could give her some space.

"You seem lost."

[ooc: It's alright! This is my first dressing room as well, and I'm not all that experienced with Luke. xD; But it would be hilarious, since they technically get together.]

"I am lost." She slowly relaxed well as much as a soldier of her type ever did. "One moment I was in one place and the next here. This place...seems far different from anywhere I've ever known.

Despite being young herself she honestly pegged him as being younger yet despite the scar and the uniform.

((ooc: I'm only here because a friend wouldn't stop talking about how great it was and I wanted to try it out. I've not long finished the series and so I've got TotA on the brain still. Yeah, I ship LukexTear like there's no tomorrow but I figured End/Post-Game Tear would make for awkward interaction as it was obvious that a large chunk of her mind was focused on Luke. That's why I chose early-game Tear instead. Can you imagine Luke trying to re-win Tear? That'd be hilarious.))
