MOD ANNOUNCEMENT
Hello, everyone!
I think you already guessed by now, but there's not going to be an event or a meme this week. One of our mods is currently on hiatus due to IRL circumstances, so we decided to take a break from new IC things and design something good for the upcoming Christmas and New Year weeks. This isn't to say that there's going to be nothing at all from us, however, or that you cannot contribute.
First of all, since this is week is free from us, this is a chance for you, the players, to make your own IC meme and post it to the OOC community. Alerting us here or through PMs will get it linked to the sidebar immediately, and do feel free to plot it out here before you post it. As much as we like running memes, player participation in the creative process is very important to us.
We actually already have an OOC contribution in the form of the "WHERE'S..?" MEME, where you can all remember all the threads you did ages ago and either reignite them or plan new ones. You can also dig up old memes and get people to make new threads there through it.
Second, this isn't to say that our side will be completely silent. As of ten minutes ago, the OFFICIAL TLH LOVE MEME is up and running on the OOC community. Come on in, post your characters and share how much you really care about each other. Don't be embarrassed. It's the end of the year; where I come from, it's believed that the way you spend the last weeks of the year is how you'll live the next one. So spend this one loving each other.
In addition, a KINK/INDULGE ME Meme will be posted this weekend, giving you a chance to share all your kinks and plot out shiny new threads with each other. Look forward to it.
Finally, we were asked repeatedly over the last few days to voice our opinions on certain troubles within the community: such as the falling numbers of new players and the rising level of poor behavior, especially associated with a certain community that I don't have to name for you to know about. While I cannot post about that at length this very moment due to typing this in a hurry, keep checking this post. I'm going to voice my opinions on the matter by using my primary character journal in about an hour or two.
