Lion-O sat on the large couch, his arms spread across the back of it. The gauntlet and Sword of Omens was attached to his new pants. Black with long blue neon lines running down the legs. His armor was gone and replaced with a matching short sleeve shirt. Bright blue and orange glow rings are around his wrists and ankles, all lovingly provided by

Daring another sip, she looked down at herself and could only laugh at her attire. With each event, the Hotel seemed well-stocked with supplies and outfits matching the occasion would be dropped off at each person's door. Well, at least each person that it knew would enjoy fun of this degree. Rainbow's consisted of a pair of rainbow metallic arm bands, and shorts and a matching corset top, both black with purple, blue, and green accents highlighting the clothing's hems and the corset's ribs.
Getting free, she spotted a couch with one sole party-goer sitting upon it. That didn't seem like fun -- just sitting alone, especially with the look he had on his face. Downing her drink and placing the glass on a nearby ledge, she walked over, sitting on the arm of the couch farthest from him to give him space. "Hey, what's wrong? You should be havin' fun with everyone else."

"Guess I'm not really in the mood for dancing." He looked up again and her hair caught his attention yet again. "I'm Lion-O. What's your name?"
Reply
"Yeah, I'm not a big dancer either," she said, laughing a bit. "Lack the grace for it. And I'm Rainbow Dash. Nice to meet you, Lion-O." This felt a bit more comforting. She knew right off the bat he was no human, and that meant unlike them, he wouldn't find her as strange. However, she wasn't about to pass the buck about what she truly was.
"So, you just here to get away from somethin'? You look like you've been upset."
Reply
"Kind of. More like the Hotel pulled me away from it. And the funny part? I don't really mind I think. I don't mind being back here again."

"Funny, that's the first time I've heard that response," she said, looking down at her hands that were resting in her lap. "Most people want to get the hell out of here, myself included. Any reason why it's different for you?" She offered a friendly smile. "Up to you. I won't bite, I promise."

Reaching out, she placed her hand on his shoulder, a look of concern on her face, radiating in her bright red eyes. "I'm sorry, Lion-O," she said softly. "I know how you feel -- the same thing happened to me not too long before I arrived here. But, you know what? Maybe coming to the Hotel was good for the both of us, y'know?"
Reply
"I'm sorry that happened to you. You seem like a wonderful person and you are beautiful. Give it time and I'm sure someone will want to be with you."

"Beautiful?" she parroted, chuckling a bit. "How much have you had to drink, Lion-O? Either way, that was awful sweet of ya to say..." She bit her lower lip a bit, looking down. She hesitated before speaking again. "I hope talking is making you feel a bit better."
Reply
"And it is, actually. Thanks for hearing me out. It's nice to know someone in this place understands how I feel."

"You'd be surprised what kind of company you can find in this Hotel, y'know? I mean, I wish all the time that I had my friends back with me, but on the same token, I also like meeting new people around here. Making friends helps make staying here not so miserable, y'know?"

"Thanks. Got to say though, you must have some guys chasing after you too."

"Eh, they just wanna get points for 'fucking the girl with the rainbow-colored hair.' But eh, I guess I have had some guys approach me." She looked down at her toned legs, and flexed her stomach against her corset. In skimpy clothes, her athletic build only gave off one detail about her sexual nature: the stamina to go on for hours.
Reply
"Well I can tell you right now, it isn't about points with me. It's about feeling good for everyone involved. Sex doesn't come with a scorecard, right?"
