Prison//Varied Aphro
He woke to the feel of cotton fabric on his face, and knew at once something was wrong. His reptilian eyes shot open and he got to his feet. The cell was barely fifteen foot square, acrylic glass surrounded him with holes just big enough to put a finger through lined the walls along the top and base. The walls themselves were set in reinforced concrete.
Other than the small bed, there was only a metal chair in the cell. No sink, no toilet. A door was carefully concealed within the wall at the foot of the cot, the only way to open it was by card key on the outside.
The wraith looked around beyond the see-through walls. A set of doors directly in front of him, but no guards or other cells. Just a prison cell within a room. Cameras were stationed in each corner of the room, and one directly above within the cell itself, though it was hard to see due to it being right next to the light. He looked down at himself, and at his feeding hand, eyes widening as he discovered the slit was gone. He'd been given the retrovirus!...But there were no side effects...He ran his fingers over the empty palm then plucked at the gray jumpsuit he'd been forced into again. So uncomfortable and ridiculous.
Again the commander looked around. He was quite alone. A horrible punishment for a creature whose very existence revolved around other beings, physically and mentally. Todd slowly sank back onto the creaky cot, carefully laying his hands on his thighs, and waited for whatever fate he'd been shoved into.
It wasn't long before the doors outside the cell opened, and he looked up.
