Today would have seemed like a totally uneventful day by hotel standards. Its myriad floors and equally-varied distribution of aphrodisiac, the games it plays with its residents, and the constant bustle of activity.
And amidst all that, the TVs all over the hotel suddenly came to life, or switched channels if they were already on.
Two people in lab coats and nothing else were on the screen, standing in what looked like an ordinary examination room. The man was likely unfamiliar to many, while the woman, distinctly marked, was much more likely to be recognized.
A voice from off-camera spoke. "Sex is the name of the game at this hotel, but so many people have some expectations that all of us could do without. The Sexbusters," their names, Enoch and Shura, were displayed beneath them, "are here to bust up some of these ideas and make every night a safer and happier one."
One of them was handed a card to read from offscreen. The show was a low-budget affair, clearly, but would any onlookers watch anyway? They might know what they're talking about.
