Scarlet lifted her hand in a small wave to her class, a very small smile on her lips. She never thought she'd be doing this years ago, but life had a funny way of working. The petite former assassin had opened a swordplay school, teaching the things to students that her father had taught her when she was young. She emphasized that the knowledge of swordplay was only meant for discipline and inner focus, despite her former profession.
Sighing, Scarlet picked up a towel, wiping off her brow and neck. It was a hot day, but Scarlet was used to that. She was also used to a pair of strong arms wrapping around her from behind unexpectedly. Which is exactly what happened now. Blinking, the dark-skinned woman looked behind her, lips curling in a faint smile. "Hey. Here to pick me up, are you?"
