Sentenced for public indecency, assault, murder and witchcraft.
The moment they mentioned "witchcraft," Ivy knew this trial was hopeless. She did not grant her captors the satisfaction of hearing her plead, neither innocent nor guilty. She'd stood through her trial with a haughty smile on her face and didn't even react when the verdict came down. Her punishment was to be public, and she stood in the stocks up on a modified gallows. She had been stripped naked and her ankles chained down before they strapped her into the stocks. There was a leash and collar set off to the side as well, just in case her "executioner" felt like using them.
She could hear her sword crying out for her from where it had been taken, likely to be burned later. They were fools to think that Valentine could be destroyed... and they were fools to think that this would shame her.
In fact, she was hatching a plan. It would be difficult to work her alchemy while she was trapped like this, but all she needed was someone to come close enough to her to make it work... and her punishment was about to begin.
"Good people, I give you the punishment of the witch!" called the town crier. "Bring him out!"
((OOC: Ivy's up for a little public molestation! Your character can be the one officially sanctioned to punish her, like a town guard/judge/nobleman or whatever, or perhaps another prisoner working off his crime?
Optionally, Ivy can try to bewitch her punisher with her magic for a little bit of mind control action. Let me know if you're interested in that. All prefs are on my journal, but let me know if there's anything you want to try.))
