Tifa was growing tired of the life she was leading; raising kids and maintaining a bar was not what she truly wanted out of life. It wasn't to say that she didn't love Denzel and Marlene, for she did, and with all her heart. But Marlene was not her responsibility-- couldn't Barret see that? And Denzel needed a father; Cloud's constant wandering around the planet was not helping her in the slightest, even if it was meant to find himself. She had truly thought he had come to terms with who he was and not who he thought he was.
She had done it before thinking things through; there was a 'for sale' sign in the front window and in no less than a week, an offer had been put in. It was a generous offer, one Tifa knew wouldn't come around for a while, so she agreed to it and signed the papers. Tonight was her last night in the 7th Heaven bar; her belongings were all moved to her new, smaller apaprtment in Kalm, along with a new life. The children were asleep, their things already in the new place; they were coming with her, even if she had first planned out this move to include only herself.
Tifa was now sitting downstairs at the bar, looking around and checking to see if she had missed anything during their short time to pack.
Just as she was about to head upstairs for the night, a soft tap on the window made her turn around. With the lights off, it was hard to see to who it was. Walking to the door, she opened it and stepped outside.
"Oh..."

Cloud is currently not at home, though if your character is Cloud, then he has quite a surprise in store for him when he finds out what Tifa's been up to while he was M.I.A.
