Slipping in and out of unconsciousness, Sheena didn't know how long she had been left hanging where she was--minutes, hours, even days could have passed, and she wouldn't have known. She did know that the maniac who had bound and gagged her had finally managed to push her past her pain tolerance, but she had still refused to scream or whimper--in ( Read more... )

This place drove Zelos crazy with the aphrodisiacs. He tried to figure out if his beauty is a blessing or a curse. While he can easily attract women and men alike, there were times when it's hard to shake them off. He might be a giggolo, but sooner or later he's tired of that kind of lifestyle and would like to slow down.

Zelos began looking for Sheena. He hasn't seen her for months and he was aching for her in his heart. He looked for her everyday, but the Hotel always given him a different partners instead, which had him grew more annoyed each time he failed to find her.

He looked in the rooms, being careful not to tip-toe in lest he'll be locked inside as a prisoner. He found a room with Sheena in it! At last, he found her!

Except she's not in the condition he would like her to. This is not his idea of a happy reunion with his favorite ninja.

"Ack, Sheena!" He said as he rushed in! Hopefully, he's not too late.

[OOC: Because this has been nagging at me for a while! I picked up Zelos again. I just wonder what Sheena's ( ... )

And a happy reunion it wouldn't be--not at first, anyway. At the sound of footsteps outside the open door, she raised her head. Her vision blurred from the pain, she could barely make out the shape of whoever it was who had stopped.

Although blurry, she could make out swatches of pink and white, topped by a swatch of red that could only be long hair. Her eyes grew wide with hatred, determination, and mostly fear--the last an emotion she had never felt around Zelos. But, she was thinking Envy had returned, and not caring if she did permanent damage to herself, she began pulling desperately on the chains and ropes. New trickles of blood appeared as sounds of pain and rage came through the gag.

She continued her struggles, barely hearing Zelos when he rushes in. Finally, however, it sinks in: He said her name! This Zelos knew her! She slowed and stopped her struggling, and suddenly sapped of energy, hung limply from the chain emitting a strangled cry of relief.

[ooc: She's just so tempting.... :D And WB as Zelos!]

Zelos stepped in without any hesitation, all too eager to help. "Oye, hang on. The Great Zelos is here to save the day! ♥" He said, trying to put humor into the situation.

He grew alarmed at the sight of blood. "You have to stop moving." He then worked on the shackles, releasing her from the prison. One by one, he released her by cutting the ropes and undo the chains.

Once he released her, she'll fall over and he's right there to catch her in his arms.

Despite her lack of energy, she gave him her customary eyeroll at the title he had given himself. Although she had used that term with Envy, he had never repeated it--more proof to her that this was the real Zelos.

She couldn't help moving as he worked on the chains and ropes. They had cut so deeply because of her struggles that the slightest touch sent jolts of pain through her. Even the lowering of her arms as circulation returned hurt, making her arms throb and her whimper through the gag.

Once she was released, however, she didn't quite fall forward. To be accurate, she crumpled against him, and if he hadn't caught her, she would have hit the floor.

Once he caught her, Zelos can't help himself. He greeted her with affectionate kisses, and then hoist her up in his arms. He then cut the gag device with the sharp edge of his sword to allow her to speak.

"Don't worry, beautiful. I'm right to protect you. Let me heal you." He casts Healing Spring, surrounding Sheena in blue light, and hopefully the magic will close her wounds immediately.

Sheena didn't know whether to laugh, yell, or smack him in the head when he kissed her. Since she could barely speak, and she couldn't move her arms at the moment, she decided to wait and do all three later. He'd pout, but he'd expect something like it.

She did cough as she took deep breaths once the gag was removed, trusting him enough to not flinch as he put the blade close to her head. "Zelos..." she said quietly, her voice hoarse from having to breathe through the gag for so long.

She closed her eyes and leaned her head on his shoulder as the warmth of his healing spell flowed through her. She could feel the wounds closing and knew without looking that her bruises were disappearing.
