Wanda finally brought herself to start exploring the Hotel after almost a full day locked in the room she had found herself in with Kurt. Her regular clothes were gone, and she had had to satsify herself with a scarlet lace dress she found in one of the closets. It was briefer than she was used to, and the slightly tattered lace showed flashes of the black slip underneath. Silk hose and a pair of high-laced red satin slippers completed the look. She sighed, smoothing the dress against her belly as she walked down the hallway. She just wasn't used to all of this.
Wanda had never dated. Thanks to her memory rewrite she didn't know why she had never dated in high school, and just assumed that she had scared everyone off with her power. Now she was in a place that literally ran on sex, and she knew--with a surge of fear that barely had any room for anticipation in it--that she wouldn't be a virgin for very much longer if she stayed here. She wouldn't even have a say in who it was, chances were, and when she had first contemplated this it had brought tears to her eyes. She had determined to avoid every man she could when the aphrodisiacs finally hit her. Had even hidden in her room.
But now...now she needed food and a cold drink, and was following her nose in search of the place's kitchens. No choice, no choice at all; she had to brave the complex., however weird or scary--or hazardous to her virginity--it all was.
She found the elevator finally, and summoned it, hoping there would be a directory inside along with however many floor buttons there were. But when the doors opened up, someone was standing there. "Oh, sorry..." she said very softly, dropping her gaze as she stepped back.
