Ion was off by himself again, specifically on his way back to the room he shared with Wisely, a doggy bag with his leftovers from dinner and a dessert from his friend in a bag on his arm. It wasn't often he left by himself anymore, now that serious trouble had found him again, but some days it couldn't be helped...like right now.
He wanted to get back to the safety of the room, and hopefully Wisely, but a soft mewling noise caught the young replica's attention and he looked around, spotting a small movement under one of the chairs against the wall just ahead of him. Curious, he knelt to look under the chair, wide green eyes falling on a small kitten watching him with large mismatched eyes.
"Hi there," he said gently, reaching out carefully to it after setting down his bag. The kitten pawed at his hand gently before nipping his fingers playfully and Ion giggled, picking it up and stroking its soft fur. "Where did you come from?" he wondered aloud.
