INTRODUCTION | OPTIONAL APHRO

There's a groan, black lashes flutter and a head turns to the side. The eyes open, scanning the room, confused and maybe just a bit angry. The figure sits up, looking around and frowning. There was too much red, pink.  This wasn't Toshima. There was this horrific smell of sweet candy and sex that seemed to fill the air. Shiki was on a bed covered ( Read more... )

He had wandered the hotel once he was free of his bindings. Akira was like a caged dog, unable to find a way out, unable to find the people he'd finally been reunited with. That annoying scent in the air never left him, kept him feeling groggy and hot.

Another door. Another hall. Door after door after door. He opened another and stopped cold. Oh. Shit.

His mind froze, synapses firing double time. What should he do? What was he going to do? Cold eyes locked onto the familiar sight, more than a little horrified that he was here but-- why was he just laying there? Was he...

Curiosity won out, and he edged closer to assess the situation better. Akira said nothing.

Before Akira had entered the room, Shiki had tried countless times to rip the chain from the wall, or to reach his sword, the key, anything. At one point, he had thrown himself back on the bed, deciding to wait until someone finally came into the room. He could trick them, get them to unlock him. He'd be free and maybe get some while he was at it.

That thought brought a sick little smirk to his lips that was soon washed off once the door opened.

Shiki didn't dare move his body up, but his head did turn, red eyes spotting a familiar figure and it only caused him to smirk once more.

"Look what we have here."

He didn't respond to the words, but the voice made him certain that he was right about who this person was. Great. Akira had half of a mind to take off and just run for it. But he didn't. No, there was something else formulating in the young man's mind.

There was a part of him that was driven towards vengeance. For Keisuke. For Rin. For everyone who had suffered and-- He narrowed his eyes.

He was trapped there. Il Re was chained to this bed and he didn't seem able to get loose. The last thing he wanted was to help the bastard. The only thing Akira didn't know was the most dangerous detail though. He didn't know how far that chain might stretch. He was silent as usual but his eyes never left Shiki's face.

The smile remained on Shiki's face.

"Looks like you have something to say pet." he said, putting just a little extra emphasis on the last word. He knew it would drive Akira crazy, it always did. But to say Shiki cared about what Akira- or anyone else that interested him, was an exaggeration. He didn't care, he never did.

It was something that wouldn't change.

"Get me out of this." A solid command with a strong spark in his eyes as he watched Akira, body still stiff as a board on the bed.

He was far too-often separated from Arbitro in this place for his liking, too-often sniffing the halls and wandering about in frustration trying to find his master again. And he hated the way the Hotel always stank of sex and sweat and drugs, clogging up his sensitive nose with the cloying stink of its hallways.

The new scent surprised him, and for just a moment, he couldn't place it. Or perhaps he was simply confused. Kau paused, lifting his head and turning it, locating the scent before setting off again.

Nudging open the door, he crawled inside tentatively, curiously-- oh, it was. He hadn't been sure because this place liked to trick him, but that was definitely Il Re's scent.

Maybe he would know where his master was. Kau moved toward him slowly, cocking his head questioningly.

Shiki's head turned slowly as the door opened, arm still bound to the wall and oh he wished he could reach his sword once he saw who had come into his- this room. He could hardly stand being in the same room as that damn dog, now he had to look at it, to watch to see what it did.

He could almost feel himself shudder. What if it touched him? Trash, coming and touching him and here he was bound to a bed. It made him sick to his stomach.

But... Where was its master? Where was Arbitro?

Crawling closer to the bed hesitantly, Kau lifted his head up toward where he thought Il Re was, still looking questioning. He knew Shiki didn't like him very much but-- wait, what was that sound? Kau cocked his head, listening closely to that soft metallic rattling. It sounded like... chain links? He couldn't be sure, but chains were something he knew well.

Shiki's eyes narrowed. It was getting closer to him, and that chain still held him in place. He balled his hand into a fist. He could hear it breathing, that heavy wheezing sort of sound as it sniffed around the air around him.

He wanted this mutt gone. He could handle being stuck in this place over being in eyesight of Kau.

Gunji had just been coming to investigate when he stopped at the door. He knew who that was. Grinning, he cocked his head to the side and lowered his hands from where they'd been behind his head.

"Shiki-tty!" With a laugh, he walked straight into the room. He didn't really pay attention to the sword or the key. It wasn't like he actually cared about them at all.

"Let's play, Shiki-tty!"

Shiki stopped. Oh... Oh no. Not him. He knew the sound of those metal claws sliding across the walls of buildings. It resonated in his ears and he glared up at Gunji as he entered the room. A bunch of idiotic executioners, well at least it was just one this time. He'd be damned if he had to put up with both of them.

"Get that key." Shiki said, red eyes moving off the body coming towards him and to the small flicker of gold on the floor.

"Ehhhh?" Gunji stared at him a moment before continuing forward. He didn't even look over at the key on the floor. A key wasn't Shiki-tty. Which was obviously what he really wanted right now. A pretty Shiki-tty who couldn't go anywhere.

"Little kitty all locked up. Little kitty just waiting for Gunji. Little kitty missing it's claws." The words were a song he'd made up. One he seemed to be quite proud of.

"Shut up." Shiki said threateningly. He tried the chain again, nothing. Great, just what he wanted, a piece of trash coming closer to him, a predatory look in its eyes and it was singing. Singing. His eyes narrowed, watching as Gunji completely ignored the request and didn't even acknowledge the key laying in the ground.

Shit was just getting better and better.

There were times when Aya could kill the hotel for mixing up the rooms. This was hardly an exception and he frowned he when he saw this wasn't his. Noting the man on the bed, he slid his gaze over to the sword. There he found the key but it was the sword he was more interested in. He was a swordsman himself and understood them all too well. Especially a katana.

Looking back at him, his violet eyes narrowed. "Who are you?"

Shiki watched the red haired male enter his room. He didn't know this man, he'd never seen him before. And that look in his eye just served to piss Shiki off even more. Who did this person think he was?

He ignored the question, body still on the silky red sheets. His mouth remained sealed, he hardly cared for who this person was. His eyes went back to the key on the floor. If it wasn't so far away, he'd be out of here by now.

Irritated now, he went over to the key to grab it. The sword was left behind as he brought it over to the bed then tossed it to him. At least a key was required and not sex. He already hated the looks of this guy.
