In The Shower -- Room 4003 | Aphro's all around

It started off like any normal day in the hotel. She woke up, groggy, alone and liking it that way, so to say. It was nicer when a familiar face was beside her, yes, but she wasn't exactly seeking out any sort of comfort or company ( Read more... )

He heard the sound of her familiar voice just before he felt her punch connect with his jaw with a bit of a firm crack, as he took a step back and raised his hands defensively. He knew better than to do anything that might anger her further, as he was technically the one in the wrong here; face flushed a quite lovely shade of red.

"I-It's just me!" He apologized, voice rather apologetic, stuttering just to get through the short sentence.

T-That voice! She automatically recognized it as if she was still back in his household and that being brought to this horrible place never existed. "Roderich?" She sounded before pushing some of her hair from her view as it began to mat to her face from the water falling over her.

"Roderich!" She said happily with her arms going around his neck, pressing lush to him. "Oh I'm so sorry! I didn't know you were in here!"

Roderich braced himself for the hug, temporarily forgetting about where they were or her current state of dress - or lack thereof - and simply hugging her back, happy to see her well amidst all of this.

"It's all right." He smiled softly, hugging her tightly. It was as though nothing happened, and they were back home, although that was far from the case. "I'm so glad to see you."

After the initial hug, she looked up at him with her hands coming to cup his face softly. "Mm, I really am sorry." She said as her hands continued over his face despite the water that fell on them.

"I'm so glad to see you though." She said with a small smile on her lips, just oh so happy to see the familiar purple gaze of the male Nation before her.

Direct hit - the figure was knocked clean off his feet, hitting the tile floor and rolling a short distance before colliding with the opposite wall. Given how painful the impact appeared to be, one would think that the person would be down for the count. That wasn't the case, apparently, as the person stood up a few seconds later, rubbing his face before speaking.

"Your strength continues to surprise me." spoke a familiar voice, which didn't seem annoyed or even hesitant after being decked across the room. Approaching again, Sousuke hoped that she wouldn't lash out a second time. He could take it, sure, but that didn't mean he wanted to.

He was only slightly more dressed than she was, a towel around his waist and a bar of soap in one hand. He might have been a bit more uncomfortable in this situation, but it was Elizaveta - his usual reservations didn't apply quite so much in her presence. "The door wasn't locked."

Wait a moment, she recognized that voice!

"Sousuke?" She questioned as she pushed her hair back from her face and tilted her head to peek through the haze of steam. "What- are you doing in my bathroom though? Do you normally shower in other people's rooms?" She blinked while it finally hit that she was rather naked.

Bringing up her arms, the Nation covered her chest. "Ah- s-sorry about hitting you."

Sousuke rubbed his face slightly - it hurt, definitely, but it wasn't anything he wouldn't recover from soon. "Negative. I was in my own room when I stepped into the shower - it would seem this is one of the hotel's traps." he explained, glancing over his shoulder where the door he had come through once was; it was simply gone, as if it had never been there.

Typical hotel technique.

"Do not worry. It didn't cause any significant damage." He folded his arms over his chest, turning his head to look away as he saw her covering herself. "That being said, I will leave and allow you to finish your shower in peace."

"That sounds...odd." But not impossible knowing the hotel and all the things it had shown before, like their ability to see hear one another's thoughts. Either or, she shrugged it off as simple hotel magics and theatrics. "Not impossible though, knowing this place." She sighed.

Blinking, she nodded and glanced over to the door. Wanting to at least be polite and hold it open for him, she grabbed the handle and tugged.

Nothing.

Another tug.

Nothing.

"I...think we have a problem."
