Every now and then she would stir only to see her precious brother sleeping so peacefully on her chest. Her tired eyes would taken in the moment before drifting back to sleep. Every now and then she would peek her tired eyes open to make sure he was still there, but once she knew, she nestled back in to sweet slumber.
After the day had passed, she began to stir as well. Her hands remained on his shoulders, holing him close to her with her hair covering half of her face as she slept peacefully.

Still he didn't want to wake Lenalee. Even though he had kept his promise, he didn't want to drag her back to reality yet. His mind swam with the events of the previous day. Or was it days? Komui had no way of telling. There were no windows on the outside and the clock in the room did not show the day, merely the hour. Either way, he was struck by a wave of disgust and regret. It was a good thing Lenalee had not woken up yet. It gave him time to quell the moral outrage and guilt. Time to stifle them and greet her with an honest smile.

After another moment, Lenalee's eyes began to move under her eyelids and slowly she woke up all the more only to nuzzle close to her pillow and hug the warmth close to her. "Mm." Came the sound to let him know she was awake. "Good morning."
