Kneesocks didn't see why she had to deal with this. Some human ship got wrecked, blah blah blah, needs repairs, honor the treaty, why's it her problem? Apparently, everyone else in line from the person that should have dealt with the humans all the way on down to her had called in sick today by some bizarre coincidence, so she had to go and negotiate over the price for fixing up the Ancient Whatsit piece of junk.

So, she waited in her office at the central bureaucratic headquarters, arms folded and a sour expression on her horned and bespectacled face, and stared at her receptionist's intercom. At the appointed time, it buzzed, and she was told that the ship's captain had arrived.

"Send her in."

Ruka made her way inside, not too surprised that the main capital's building would have receptionists but surprised that the people of the planet had a treaty with them.

"Hello? I'm Captain Ruka of the starship Ancient Fairy."

...Well, hello there. Kneesocks was expecting someone crusty and old, not young and cute. Maybe this wouldn't be so bad. She noticed the girl was sweating pretty profusely, and was confused for a second before she recalled humans ran at a much lower temperature than her people did. Maybe she could use that. Whatever the case, she pushed a smile onto her face and stood to offer her hand over her desk to be shaken.

"Hello, Miss Ruka. My name is Kneesocks, and I will be helping you fill out the contracts and fulfill the terms necessary to get you and your people home ASAP."

"Wow! Thanks a lot." Ruka wiped her forehead with the back of her hand before using her other hand to shake Kneesocks' offered one. "It's nice to meet you, Ms. Kneesocks."

"You as well." For the time being, she pretended not to notice just how sweaty Ruka was. She sat back down and fetched from her desk a large stack of papers from the top drawer. "Here we are, all in your language and ready for signing. Read them over if you wish, and please don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions," Kneesocks said, and pushed them over toward her along with a pen.

Of course, the fact that they were asking to begin with for roughly 1/8 of the entire Earth's net value for this service wasn't expected to be accepted. The bargaining would commence shortly!

Ruka nodded, being careful to look over the documents with a fine-toothed comb - if she'd had one, anyway - as she knew from discussions with her diplomat that most operatives were shady concerning business deals.

"...You're kidding, right?!" And, yes - Ruka's eyes flashed across that previously mentioned net value!

Oh, lovely. It would have been too boring if she'd just signed without reading. "That is our offer, Miss Ruka. I am, however, authorized to negotiate with alternate forms of payment, or even lower the price should I deem it a good investment on our peoples' part."

Now came the fun part!

"That's a relief." Ruka placed the pen down carefully while preparing herself for the worst. "What are your other suggestions?"

The initial estimate actually hadn't totaled the damage to be more than a couple million, something Earth could easily afford, but the high offer had been to squeeze out every last penny they could. Kneesocks was free to lowball or high, whatever she felt like... and she was feeling amorous. Wait, what?

"Well, you could always do me- us some sort of service while you're here. A token of the friendship between our people."

"A token of goodwill? I'd be happy to offer my - our services! Should I call for another one of my crewmates?" Why was Ruka finding it difficult to focus on anything but Kneesocks? Though she did look rather sexy...

If all of the humans were this delectable... no, she couldn't get greedy. "If you have another standing by already. If not, I'm sure you and I could work out an arrangement." Kneesocks grinned, then gave a cute little gasp. "Oh, my, you look so warm! How silly of me, I forgot, our planet is just so hot..."

"Just a bit..." Ruka smiled faintly while fanning herself. She'd be able to stand it if she could just reach her mini-fan...and stop focusing on the cute alien on the other side of the desk.

"I'm afraid this office is not temperature-controlled," a lie if she'd ever told one, "but do make yourself comfortable. I would not think it unprofessional if you had to remove some clothing to make this more bearable to you, Miss Ruka." Subtle, Kneesocks thought.

Letting out a quiet gasp, Ruka nodded while she placed her bag down carefully, pulling off her shirt and putting it near said bag. Almost immediately, her bra was exposed - as green as her hair. Her breasts weren't that big, but they were big enough.

As they bounced into view, it was hard for Kneesocks not to openly ogle Ruka's breasts. Big or small, there weren't many she didn't like to see. "Feeling better, Miss Ruka? I do hope you aren't embarrassed."

"Yes, Ms. Kneesocks...I do." She felt a little bit better, and was somewhat embarrassed as it was unprofessional to undress while an officer of her caliber was on a mission. As for her answer? She knew it was in regards to the question, but...?
