Todd yawned, sitting up on the side of the bed. He was still tired, so it took him a while to notice that the bed he's in isn't exactly the one he fell asleep in last night. It's much fancier, with too many pillows. A little frilly for his tastes, so he wondered how much he drank last night before ending up here

Envy is not a light sleeper.

However, somewhere, she heard her name called. Rather than waking up, however, she rolled over, pulling the covers with her. She was wearing what she wore to bed specifically for other people: a green nightgown, if you could call it that, as it was designed to show as much skin as physically possible. She may as well have gone to bed naked.

Instinct is a very powerful thing. Todd is warm, as he always is, and Envy moves in closer to him, curling her back against his body.

Well, he can't say he minds. He sleeps in only his boxers, so it's not like he has a lot of clothing on, either, and the cuddling is nice. He hasn't done this in a while. He puts an arm around her, pulling her in towards his chest.

"Hey, babe - you have any idea where we are?" he says, unsure if she's awake or not. It always takes him forever to wake her up. He nudges her a bit, "You awake, babe?"

"Mmmnnnfff."

She rolls over and flops an arm over him, nuzzling her face into his chest. "It's like, six in the morning, Todd. Shut up."

"It's, uh -" he looks around but doesn't see a clock, and he isn't wearing a watch. Well, she might be right.

But she's acting awfully nice to him. He wasn't sure if they were back together yet or not. Did he do something really awesome while he was drunk or whatever last night? "You're...okay with this?"
