j-just an intro
So, Takaba might have been surprised by his surroundings when he woke up, if he wasn't already used to waking up in strange places. All he could really think at that exact moment was who the fuck has me this time, and where am I now?, because when you've been kidnapped as many times as he has, you kind of become something of a professional at it.
Instead, he sits up and looks around. The mirror over the bed is new, and a little ostentatious, even for Asami. The fact that he doesn't have anything chaining him down to anything else is a good (if confusing) sign. If he's not chained down, then this must be Asami's fault, which meant the asshole had to be around there somewhere. He couldn't hear the sound of any water running, though, which meant being in the shower was out of the picture.
Oh, well. If he wasn't there to keep him pinned, then that meant he was free to explore as he pleased!
Takaba crawled out of the bed and got dressed (waking up naked wasn't a surprise, either) before he made his way out the door and into the hallway. Must've been in some sort of hotel.
"Maybe I can find someone who can tell me where I'm at."
