Finally found my calling
I have finally found my calling in life - to be a firefighter. I am currently a volunteer firefighter at my local dept and have had the most eye-opening things happen because of this. I was on a large brush fire call the other day and felt the best I have ever felt.
Now, there is yet ANOTHER brush fire and I cannot go for I do not have a vehicle. My boyfriend and I share his vehicle. I let him take it to work today so I didn't have to bother with taking him to work at 5:30 in the morning and going to pick him up at 5:30 this afternoon. Now I regret being selfish.
