Ack, yes, that would've killed me. Although sometimes I feel it's overall a better thing to have a series dragged out like that. Gives much more speculation time in the between-times.
This Lydia felt so much more real than the ones I've seen previously. Much less like a parody of a real person. I'm glad she didn't end up with horrible George, I was really dreading the idea of that, as the series went on.

That ending was PERFECT, however. I loved Charlotte and Lizzie's expressions! :-)
