I finally watched the LBD, just in time to watch the end. It's possible I cried a little bit.

(Also, reading the tweets now and OMG Fitz and Gigi are adorbs!)

(Also also, I would never believed I could see an adaptation of P&P that would make me love Lydia!)

Aw, good timing. I only caught up in February, and it was pretty excruciating to have to wait for new eps after mainlining them :)

So sad to see it end! (Agreed RE: Lydia - her characterization in this modern adaptation was nothing short of brilliant.)

Ack, yes, that would've killed me. Although sometimes I feel it's overall a better thing to have a series dragged out like that. Gives much more speculation time in the between-times.

This Lydia felt so much more real than the ones I've seen previously. Much less like a parody of a real person. I'm glad she didn't end up with horrible George, I was really dreading the idea of that, as the series went on.

That ending was PERFECT, however. I loved Charlotte and Lizzie's expressions! :-)
