I hate them all
I am so cold. It is, apparently, not an emergency to have your heating break down in the middle of November and to have a house that is colder inside than it is outside (our house is 8 degrees, Mehul tells me) I am so cold right now, and I could kill anyone who even thinks that this is not a fucking emergency. I want my heating mended and I want it mended in the next 24 hours, not in the next week or so, as we have been told it will be. Again. I am cold. Very, very cold.
