Some former inhabitant of this city had the brilliant idea to dig a large hole and build their house in that.
Aesthetically, it works. Somehow. I wouldn't put it past the architect or landscape artist or whoever was responsible to provide top-quality drainage in case of a heavy bout of rain.
One slight problem. There's heavy, and then there's this.
...the house is more watertight than it appears. It provides an interesting view, at least. Now all I have to do is find a jar so I can catch that spider thing that's been following me. I think I may have a new pet.
