I could post this over at the footie comms, but given how they seem to be unable to propperly read and process things these days, I refrain from that for now.
So everybodys favorite german tabloid (that, let's be honest here, has all the footie related info first and correctly most of the time, aside from the dramalama ways)
claims they know that

WORD. I hate correcting people, I am so glad you do it instead. ;)
(though I couldn't help myself on that second-last gif post…Basti fxxn deserved that yellow card, learn the rules of the game tyvm.)
As for the quote itself:
my first thought was the same: CREEEEEPERRRRRRR. ahhahaha oh my god he sounds like a murderer or something.
moving to RM would not be a smart move for any midfielder at this point. As interesting as it'd be to play 1-0-10-0, I don't think that'd be very successful. And Basti isn't an idiot (thank god).

Of course Bast deserved that yellow, no questions asked. I wasn't in that gif post (too busy answering comments and doing actual work) but I think Bast was mad that his talk to the ref didn't work as well as Marks usually do. He still has to learn ;)
He does sound creepy, I am not even sure this really happened. And to be honest, I'd be his if he ever asked me, creeper or not ;)
But Basti is, as you said, not an idiot, so he'll stay. And Real needs a lot of other things before they should think about the best midfielder in the world. But what do you thhink about Mourinho at Bayern?

the young grasshopper has ways to go before he is ready to succeed on his own~
haha but really, there was no arguing that. it frustrates me so to see all the new fans not even do some kind of research and just automatically blame the ref or the other team etc. etc. I have posted that Basti deserved that card at least three times dsfjsalfjlkjxflasjf and now I am getting worked up and will stop thinking about it.
LOL.
I'm not sure, to be quite honest. As I mentioned, I'm new to club football, so I haven't really seen much of Mourinho's coaching, and can't say what kind of an effect he/his style of coaching would have on Bayern. What would he do to the squad - lots of buying & selling? Or would he not have a big enough influence on that? Inform a newbie?
Though I have heard he's led many a teams to many a titles, and that does sound appealing indeed. ;)

for the most part they don't fight back, they just completely ignore me. haha but if I do need back up, you'll be the first person I call!
Wow, he really sounds incredible. I'm going to keep my eye out for these mind games you speak of~
I think I'd be willing to sacrifice playing pretty if it gets us the results Mourinho's brought his previous teams. Well, maybe. as long as it's still a pleasure to watch them, and not tear-my-hair-out ugly/frustrating/etc, though I don't think it would be.
That his style changes depending on the players - is that normal for a coach? Or is he a gifted exception?
if you have more, please do continue! this is really interesting. I don't have any more questions though, so just…go wild? hahaha.

you might just turn me into a true blue mourinho fan with the way things are going ^_^

The media hype is very much part of Mourinhos plan. He rattles the opponents with it and keeps the attention on himself, thus taking the pressure from the team and allow them to work in peace. So very easy to see through, everybody knows it but it is still working so well. Everywhere it is reported about all his press conferences and interviews and everyone reads it too!
I am not a fan of his so far, I think he played ugla anti-football with Inter, but I am interested to see what he can do with Real and the offensive and attacking options they provide.

When he came to Chelsea he gave this by now famous press conference where he stated "I don't want to sound arrogant, don't call me that, but I won the CL with Porto and I think I am a special one" this is how he got his nickname. He already started the mind games IMO by praising barca over the crowds. This is gonna be so much fun LOL
Well, Bayern ususally gets trophies, but playing pretty makes things so much better I assure you. We've lived through defensive boring coaches with Hitzfeld and Trpattoni, and I can't even put into words how glorious van Gaal's style is.
Coaches normal have their philosophy and stick to it. Some manage to develope like Jogi did with teh germany NT lately but they usually have an idea of how a team and a game is supposed to be like and they'll enforce it. Mourinho still has to prove he can change/adjust his style.
I'll continue with Mourinho in another post I plan on making, if that's allright with you?

I'll trust you on that! I've liked what I've seen so far for sure~
that's perfect! I'll look forward to it. :)
I would like to point out how incredibly smart it was of you to not post this. people are still freaking out. it's hilarious, considering the quote is from a MONTH ago.
