okie dookie. here's my "secret" for breakfast i eat like a lot i mean like two stuffed tortillas or maybe two of those instant packs of oatmeal with toast and i diet dr. pepper. and that will last me about 3 to 5 hours. chew gum dont eat as much and chew a lot of gum. the gum will keep your mouth busy so you dont get the need to stuff your face (lol ME!) eat fruits like lemons, or apples, or your fav fruit. and exercise. i devote like an hour and a half to walking with my mom and we talk the whole time, talking while exercising is good cuz it works your lungs to double task and that way you can speak really good when your not walking or doing anything maybe when your presenting or some stuff like that.for lunch i have a heavy lunch uh... olive garden, chinese, subway, whateva my stomach tells me that day. i havent had a salad since like 1 month before school let out. another "secret" is my moms family has a fast i mean sooper fast metabolism, she doesnt she got skipped but i didnt (if my aunt didi doenst eat a lot she can die cuz she gets really skinny. what you and i eat in one day she eats for breakfast if not she like withers up and poof! shes gone.). so i havent had gym class or anything of the sort since 6th grade. even though im a size 11 in pants yes im an 11. i have wide hips i get those from my dads side. so i wear my pants around my, "child bearing" hips according to my mommie. and thats all i do nothing more nothing less. drink cranberry(with apple it taste sweeter) juice that one helps with your urinary system. lol i have that problem in my family too. woopie! anyways um...keep up the good work...? uh bye
