Well this fic is turning out to be longer than I had originally planned. So I definitely missed the submission date for a completed story to tf_rare_pairing. I'll probably submit the finished work to the community when its all said and done. So without further adieu here is chapter 2.

Summary: The shuttle crash had to be one of the worse incidents during the war that hit close to every Autobot’s spark. Through some miracle or act of Primus, all the occupants of the shuttle were saved despite the most gruesome of injuries. Weeks of surgeries, months of therapy and Ratchet, Ironhide, and Brawn had been released. Yet one of their own still remained in critical condition. The second in command of the Autobot army, Prowl remained under First Aid’s watchful care.
