Wow...where to start?
First of all, I don't want Anders to die. I found myself thinking 'what the hell? they cant kill him off just because canon wants it.' And this is coming from me, an all time huge fan of the lee/kara ship. But killing him off would just be a big no no. Plus he is a cutie and I've grown fond of him and feel that he has had a rough time lately and feel sorry for him. This is not how I'd like to see Anders go. I was cut up with the whole Seelix thing last week too, I honestly pegged them to pair up back in season 3 when the whole love triangle thing was at its peak. But thats another story...
Having said that, omg, the Kara and Lee show continued in its awesomness into the ep! I absolutley loved the grenade bit with Kara cowering behind a box while Lee was all 'i didnt pull the pin' and Kara was all "thats not funny" and lee being "you woulda thought it was funny if you'd done it." I've missed their friendship. All that shippy bullshit sorta ruined that for me. Back in season 1 in Colonial Day and that other one where they were just mates, having fun as friends do, helping each other out. Thats what I miss, and I'm glad to have seen a bit of it return these past two eps.
Next, Baltar. First of all, thankgod he got a haircut this season. Jesusbeard!Baltar was starting to freak me out a little. lol. Secondly, ha trust him to go off and frak the first 6 he comes across, WHILE in the middle of a crisis. Classic Baltar moment right there. I also am glad of the fact that the Balter arc has seemed to slide off to the side. I was getting fed up with his crappy plot.
Ah Cheif. I spent the entire episode wondering why the hell you were crawling around through the tunnels for no apparent good reason. I actually found it slightly amusing. At one point there I honestly thought you were going to end up as deaded as cally. But luckily not. And yay for saving the day! I don't get what was the go with the big crack in the engine room he came across though, I take it that its bad, but I just didnt get that "ON NOES!" feeling.
Im getting a bit over all the Adama/Roslin 'i wuv you,' 'no i wuv you, lets frak kiss hug' stuff that seems to be happening every fricken episode lately. Ok I get it, but I really dont wanna see anymore old people snogging. Please RDM, for the sake of our sanity, no more. Kthnxbai.
Now, onto Gaeta and Zarek. Gaeta was a douchebag, he honestly had it coming. Thats all I can say. As for Zarek, wtf with killing the Qurom? That was a bit random. But ok. I'm glad they got the bullet at the end. No one deserves to die really, but what the hell, this is fiction, I dont care. Kill em all! :P (except sammy.)
And Romo Lampkin. I like him. He has a hot accent/voice. I thought it great he seemed to be only worried about who was going to feed his dog amidst the coo. I also liked how he refered to the guy he stabbed as his 'pen pal'. I hope his change of hear to help Kara and Anders will be helpful and they get him to Cottle in time. Although Cottle is a little useless, he will probably just stand there smoking a cig going 'well thats unfortunate, you are going to die'. So optimistic he tends to be.
And as Dru said 'plz dont kill sam, show'. Again I tend to second this statement.
Have I mentioned how much I love Starbuck lately? Srsly, she is teh shit. I cant say Ive ever seen a more kick ass character in any show Ive ever watched as I have in Kara fracking Thrace. She is the ultimate win.
