Oh how I love Grey's Anatomy. I made a video to the song "Chasing Cars" by Snow Patrol. It was used in the last minutes of the Season Two finale on Monday night. Something about the song screamed MEREK!!! at me, so obviously I had to make a video to it. Please right-click and save as. Bandwidth is precious.
