Listen, I've had a lot of things weighing my mind lately. I did not mean to snap like that towards you. Just that, well...its been a bumpy ride lately and I really wish I could relax for a few days without anymore troubles and such from anyone.
I really no idea why the lieutenant is acting this way, but...
I guess I understand his rambling at least but he needs to get a grip on things and stay away from the alcohol for awhile.
I've talked to Fran a bit about what happened and even she is a bit mortified in how I was acting and I guess she made me somewhat think about what to say now that I've cooled off a bit.
