Just beat Kingdom Hearts 2 after about 3 days of playing it straight. Bout 40 hours of my life I'd consider well wasted. The storyline (although confusing, with all the loose ends, and turn abouts, metaphors, and so on and so forth of a SquareEnix title) wasn't half-bad at all. I used to make fun of the fact that SquareEnix tried to do a Disney game, but surprisingly they did it well. Very well in fact.Overall it was an enjoyable experience; and heck I'd label it one of the best RPG series around. It stands proudly next to some of it's SquareEnix brethren and far surpasses a couple other SquareEnix titles (I'm looking at you FFX-2). Hell the BBEG even had a bajillion and one "final" forms, that's how you know love and care has been put into a title, nothing like fighting the same man in a different form over and over and over and over and over...well you get the picture.
Also I found out that Utada Hikaru, the J-Pop Artist who sings the themes of both Kingdom Hearts (and I'm sure you've heard them at some point) has a version of Sublime's No Woman No Cry, which I also find highly entertaining.
So apparently this week isn't finals week like I thought it was, no that's next week.
So now I have absolutely nothing to look forward too until Saturday, and that will be a fairly entertaining day.
Now, with nothing to look forward to I run into a problem.
I beat Kingdom Hearts 2 after about 3 days of playing it straight through.
Meaning I now have nothing to take up those meaningless meandering hours of time where I'm not either out cold from sleep deprivation or over at Kathleen's (or somewhere with Kathleen, so on and so forth, I try to give her as much time as possible.)
So what now? 4 days til Saturday.
What am I to do?
Oh well. Come on we'll go together.
