Then NOMINATE them!!!
EVERYONE THAT GETS A NOMINATION IS GETTING A BANNER.
EVERYONE THAT GETS A NOMINATION IS GETTING A LINK TO THE POST THAT WON THEM THE JOSSCAR SO EVERYONE CAN ENJOY IT.
