Once again thanks to everyone who voted and to everyone who nominated someone.
Before I get to the banners, I want to forewarn you all that I am retooling again. The whole purpose of this community is to appreciate the nomination more so than the win. However in times when voting is slim, and nominations are complicated to do I am working up something that will not only eliminate peer voting, but open the Josscars to everyone. So please don't cut my head off when I make the announcement.
