saw a picture of her, didn't expect it. the "feeling" rushed back and my chest hurt(physically hurt).....the pains gone now, i'll probably cry later, its a step up from crying right after the pain...fuck.

actually writing it down right now helped, i think i'm ok.

just cant look at a group of sarah's pictures again :(
