(no subject)
Well, for those of you who don't live in the house, the 7-Eleven has been sold. It was bought by this Indian woman who owns 2 other stores that could be doing 4 times the buisness if she wasn't running them. She expects one person to do all the jobs for one shift, charges for everything and anything, don't listen to customer input, and doesn't give the employees any down time. I think it pretty much goes without saying that she's a bitch and will run the B into the ground.
I was givin' advice to just stick it out till I get let go of, but I'd much rather leave on my own terms. I've shared a plan to get a job at the local Target with a couple of the guys, mostly because the local Target is mostly staffed by young attractive females and that way if I can't get any for myself I'd atleast take one for the team and befriend some so that the other guys have a chance to meet girls. This plan is flimsy and Steve believes that I may not be able to bone a co-worker due to some sexual harrasment thing. So thats lame.
Option #2 that I'm leaning more towards is becomming a post-man. You know, working for the post-office. I'd get benefits and the starting pay is $18/hour. If I can get full time hours and Fridays off, I'd have 2 days off and make more money than I do now working 8 less hours a week. Sounds pretty sweet eh? I think so. I'd also get a cool uniform and who knows, maybe hit a few desperate housewives.
Speaking of which I'm still lonely as all hell. In the sense I need a female companion, physical contact, and all that jazz. I'm also doing nothing about it. I don't make moves, I don't go out looking, I just expect it to happen. Both of my Ex-Significant others have found someone of interest and as much as that makes me happy for them, it makes me impatient, makes me think "where's mine? whens mike gonna get his?" I used to be super patient about everything, now I just want it all to happen now.
Tomorrow (or Today) I'm gonna shave, get a hair cut and look for a job.
