So I just now got back from California.

I spent most of my time at the beach as
alot of you already know.

but yesterday, I went to imperial beach.

This beach is one of the best beaches I
ever remember going to. Its water was clean.
And by clean I mean the seaweed doesnt get
tangled around your ankles. The water
was very sandy, but clears quikly. The amount
of shells on that beach is amazing. the floor of
the beach was litterally covered in beautiful
shells. not the dry sandy part though. about
4 feet into the water and there were shells
3 feet in.everytime you took a step,
you hear it crunch beneath your heels.
There was a sand bar out about 50
feet. youd go in and be waist to shoulder
deep in salt water, and three steps later,
you would be ankle deep. i was so far
out that my dad could hardly hear me calling
his name... but i was only ankle deep.
This beach is clear... hardly any people.
maybe 10 - 20 people... all in one area...
not the area i was in. the best part about
this beach... is you can hear the wind and
the waves coming in.. crashing against the
sand bar.. you can hear the 4 -8 sea gulls
flying above... and if you listen very
closely , you can hear the fishing boat
off in the distance.
