If anyone is wondering why I haven't been online lately (and I doubt they are =P), it's because engrigh is up here now. ^_^ Apologies to anyone who actually misses talking to me. ^_^;; I'll try to be online soon.
In other news, I think I've met the biggest moron in food-services ever. Subway, you have no hiring standards. First, he didn't know how to ring up a coupon. That in itself is fine, and quite understandable for newbies. Then he doesn't know what provalone cheese is... okay, kind of eyebrow raising, as it's Subway and they do have different kinds of cheeses. But maybe this Subway never had provolone cheese. Okay, fine. Although he was an idiot about it. =P But anyway... THEN he comments on engrigh's choice of toppings for his sub. "Kind of plain, isn't it?" Ummm... hello, earth to moron? You don't comment/criticize your customer's choices. Durrr. Okay, by this point I'm more than a little annoyed. He's been saying dumb, almost rude things for a bit now. Okay, whatever, ignore him. We'll be outta here soon. But THEN it comes time to pay. After about five minutes of not knowing how to ring up the coupon (and no one telling him what to do), he finally just enters the $7.99. But see, engrigh is from the States, and thus he's brought American money. Which SHOULD be fine, as stores here take that. But idiot boy has no idea how to do conversion. This is not so excuseable, as it's something he should have been taught by his boss. And if he hadn't been, he should have--oh, I dunno--ASKED!? >_< So he can't figure out how to convert it. Stupid girl #1 tells him to get a calculator. He sorta stands there for a few seconds looking confused before going to get it finally. Then he doesn't know what to do with it. AFTER stupid girl #1 tells him it's 25% (why she just doesn't do it for him, I don't know). So the idiot boy tries to figure out 25% of $8... and he can't. And stupid girl can't. >_< So after about five minutes, they come up with a 2. Ummmm... yes, okay. So they don't know what to do with it. -_- MORONS! Anyway, in light of this new discovery, idiot boy goes "do you want to just pay like it's Canadian?" Ummmm... wow. Okay, here's where I'm about ready to just blow up and smack the fucker in the head. -_- How the hell did this guy get hired!? So I tell him you can't just rip someone off. Seeing as American is worth more than Canadian. Finally, we get out of there after them deciding that the 2 is to be added to the 8 American, to make it like 10 Canadian. Thus we get a toonie in the change and FINALLY get the hell out of there with our subs.

But they got semi ripped off with the coupon (which was American anyway), so I feel better. A bit. =P Still filled with ragies at idiot boy. I swear, if I want a sub and he's working, I won't get it from there. >_>
