Regarding the carrot cake thing: I think it counts as one carrot if you eat 48 pieces. As in, you take all the calories and vitamins of a carrot.

Now of course eating 48 pieces of carrot cake and eating one carrot is not the same thing. But I don't know if there's actual cancelling of its effects. I didn't pay enough attention to my Physiology classes. My Physiology classes didn't get into so much detail.

XD That was what I said. Perhaps it would be simpler to eat one carrot, but 48 pieces of carrot cake would be more fun have the same carroty vitamins. And LOL; I'm imagining your Physiology teacher explaining about carrot cake =P I admit we never covered that in Home Ec...

And the question regarding carrot cake? Whoever bribes me the most I will agree with, hooooo~ Carrot cake is an exceedingly strange thing. On the one hand, it's cake, and everyone loves cake. On the other hand, it involves carrots. Carrots = vegetables. Vegatables don't belong in cake. YET WHY DOES IT TASTE SO DELICIOUS? D: It's a dilemma.
